FoIF’s report titled ‘Politics of Disinformation’ is a deep-dive into the current information disorder caused by an explosion of social media platforms and their design choices. Based on extensive research and focus group discussions, the report unpacks the dynamics behind organised misinformation that has exploded with the rise in popularity of social media and provides pragmatic recommendations that could provide a way out of the problem.
