Parliament on Youth Employment analyses over 60,000 parliamentary questions from the 17th Lok Sabha to assess how elected representatives engaged with the issue of youth employment. The report highlights patterns of attention and gaps, tracks emerging trends like gig work and artificial intelligence, and identifies possibilities for bipartisan action. It offers a first-of-its-kind, data-driven lens on how Parliament reflects—or falters in reflecting—the aspirations of India’s young citizens.
