Ruchi Gupta is Executive Director of the Future of India Foundation. Ruchi is a public-spirited leader with over 15 years experience in driving change amongst complexity. She has spent the bulk of her career working in Indian politics and policy, both as an outsider and an insider, and has a deep appreciation for balance of power and decision-making dynamics at all levels in India. Ruchi has held various national-level positions in social movements and politics in India and has extensive experience in stakeholder relations, managing cross-sectoral teams at the national level and conceptualising and executing national campaigns for brand and narrative building. Ruchi is an Aspen Global Leadership Fellow and writes regularly in national newspapers. Before returning to India, Ruchi was a consultant with McKinsey in New York City.
