Ruchi Gupta is a public-spirited leader with nearly two decades of experience driving transformative change at the highest levels of state and national decision-making. She has held prominent national-level roles in Indian social movements and politics, including leading a national students and youth organization with over 4 million registered members across 15,000 colleges and universities in the country. 

With a profound understanding of India’s balance of power and decision-making dynamics, Ruchi is deeply committed to leveraging this knowledge to empower Indian youth and help them achieve their full potential. 

A former McKinsey consultant in New York City, Ruchi brings exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving expertise, and stakeholder management skills to her work. She is also an Aspen Global Leadership Fellow and a widely published thought leader, with over 150 articles featured in leading national publications.
